In 1998 Contentnea Creek Development Company began designing neighborhoods that fit into the existing landscape without disturbing the integrity of their natural surroundings. This quickly became our company’s design stategy. As our founder Robert Hill, Sr. put it, “You have to look at land as a heritage you cherish, preserve and pass on. You don’t just change it, move on and not look back.” That philosophy is reflected by each of the five communities that today bear Contentnea Creek’s name. And that’s what makes our developments stand out.
